       Sliced chicken white meat with fresh veg along with cashew on top. It is a nice mild dish with a crunchy nutty flavor.

     Sweet & Sour

     Long slice chicken white meat fresh fried to order with a cup of sweet and sour sauce on the side.

      Sliced chicken white meat with fresh veg stir fry with fresh garlic in a spicy sauce; It is a nice spicy dish.

     Crispy Duck 

      Slice deboned and skin-on roasted duck lightly battered and deep-fried crispy; serves steam buns and shredded cucumber, Chinese radish pickle, green scallion,  along with Hoisin sauce. (make yourself a little steam bun taco with Chinese Peking Duck)

     Peking Duck

    Orange Flavor 

Slices of flank steak or pork and coated with starch and fried till crispy then satay in a golden orange flavor sauce.

Mongolian 

A bed of fried crispy rice noodle top with sliced flank steak or roasted pork stir fry with onion and scallions with HoiSin sauce.

    Pepper & Onion

    Slice of flank steak or roasted pork stir fry with colors of fresh bell pepper and onion stir fry in a dark brown garlic flavor sauce.

    Moo Shu 

     Moo Shu Beef or pork is a typical stir-fried dish in northern China. It’s made with beef or pork, shredded cabbage, green onions, mushrooms, and scrambled eggs, all rolled into pancakes instead of being served over rice. 

Ma Pa Tofu 

Mapo tofu is one of the most popular classic Sichuan dishes. It has a spicy, pungent, and appetizing flavor that goes perfectly with steamed rice.

Spicy Hunan

     Sliced flank steak or roasted pork with fresh veg. cooked in a Chinese Hunan-style sauce with black beans. It is a nice flavorful of a spicy black bean dish.

     Szechuan Egg Plant 

it is a very nice Vegan or vegetarian dish. spicy with a lot of fresh garlic in a Szechuan-style spice.  

Crispy Tofu (Szechuan Dipping Sauce) 

Soft Tofu cut to bite size and coated with potato starch then deep fried till crispy; serves a cup of steamed mixed veg & a cup of spicy garlic sauce deep.

     ShangHai Bok Choy 

     This simple stir-fried garlic bok choy is a common daily dish as a salad type at the table in China.

     Chinese Sausage Fried Rice

     Yang Chow Fried Rice

      Crystal look Jasmine rice cooked with all of the beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp all in one rice dish. Sub Seafood(including the Lobster tail, scallop, shrimp,  calamari,& fish) or duck will be up to change.

     Classic Fried Rice 

      Soy sauce cooked rice choice of chicken, beef, pork, or shrimp in a brownish looked rice dish.

Ja-Jang Mein 

    A noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang (bean past) diced pork, and vegetables.  

    Crispy Noodle

     Crispy fried noodles is a famous Cantonese noodle dish; It is slightly different from regular chow mein. It needs to fry firstly in a wok until crispy and dry. So the extra water has removed and made the noodles dry and aromatic, then top with the stir fry veggies and meat with sauce. Sub Seafood(including the Lobster tail, scallop, shrimp,  calamari,& fish) or duck will be up to change.

    Chow Ho Fun 

    A classic Cantonese Chow Ho Fun is made with fresh flat rice noodles with tender flavourful slices of meat or seafood that is a quick high heat pan stir fry delicious noodle dishes. Sub Seafood(including the Lobster tail, scallop, shrimp,  calamari,& fish) or duck will be up to change.

Singapore Mei Fun 

    It is a spicy dish of stir-fried rice vermicelli seasoned with curry powder, vegetables, scrambled eggs, and meat or seafood with chili peppers. Sub Seafood(including the Lobster tail, scallop, shrimp,  calamari,& fish) or duck will be up to change.

     Lo Mein 

Stick soft long noodle stir fry with any meat or seafood with dark brown home make-sauce, an easy simple daily dish. Sub Seafood(including the Lobster tail, scallop, shrimp,  calamari,& fish) or duck will be up to change.

 Spicy
